Impressive sceneries and the mixture of these two most representative archaeological sites accessable to the people that looks for a great adventure. You will have only two days to visit some impressive places around Cusco City such as the  Sacsayhuaman fortress and the Inca's Sacred Valley with its famous traditional markets. This is the perfect tour  to begin our trek through the fantastic route of the Incas that links the new discovery of  Choquequirao and the old lost city of Machu picchu.

 


Day 1 - CUSCO AND THE  CITY.-

Transfer from the airport to your  hotel after the lunch on the afternoon walk into  the City.

Day 2 - CUSCO AND THE  SACRED VALLEY.-

 Transfer from your hotel to have your guided tour into the sacred Valley of the Incas. Visiting Pisac and its famous tradicional market, and the archaeological sites from Ollantaytambo and Chincheros.

At night transfer to the hotel.

Day 3 - CUSCO-CACHORA-PLAYA ROSALINA.-

We will leave very early  in the morning at 4:00 a.m. We'll pick you up in the hotel to take the bus heading for  Cachora town in a four hours run, after which we begin the hike downwards   to Playa Rosalina camp site where we will spend the night.

Day 4 -Playa  ROSALINA - CHOQUEQUIRAO.-

After a healthy breakfast we'll start the upwards way to Choquequirao where we will arrive at 3:00 PM. approximately. Then we will explore the arqueologycal site accompanied by our guide. Later, we will have a spectacular view of the Apurimac's canyon, where is  possible to observe the majestic flight from the condor.

Day 5 - CHOQUEQUIRAO-MAIZAL.-

Today we will ascend until about  3299 M. A. S. L., and then descend  to Rio Blanco, 1909 M. A.S.L.. crossing and visiting the  Pinchiunuyoq ruins which has Inca platforms. As we go on our trek, we notice that the habitat changes on beautiness, becoming more vivid and vibrant, because of the variety of birds and flowers, from which the orchid is the knowest. After lunching in Rìo Blanco, we'll continue upwards until the Maizal camp-site. 

we will spend the night in Maizal.

Day 6 - MAIZAL - YANAMA.-

From Maizal we will continue going up the  old Victoria silver Mines  with it's tunnels and   with some almost incredible histories and what by the way it were  worked by the Incas. Before toarrive to the top we can appreciate steps completely  original Inca trail and where even the modern man not  put  the hand, then we will go by these steps  to finally down up until our campment in Yanama village at 3800 m.a.s.l.

Day 7 - YANAMA - TOTORA.-

After the breakfast we begin to climb slowly toward the pass the most high  than there is in this trek  4668 m.a.s.l.a where we will have  a impressive view and we will be almost surrounded of the Sacsarayoj snow mountain almost touching the sky an indescribable enjoyment, later we will go down toward our Camp side in Totora at 3632 m.a.s.l

Day 8 - TOTORA - PLAYA.-

After the breakfast  we will go down following the Totora river until to arrive to Colpapampa village where we wil enjoy the Salkantay snow view and where the Totora river and the Salkantay river join it to become the Santa Teresa river toward arrive to Playa village where will be uor campment at 2125 m.a.s.l.

Day 9 - PLAYA - AGUAS CALIENTES.-

Today we will go up  for  last time until 2810 m.a.s.l. 3 hours aprox.where we will have interesting Machu Picchu view. After a after a break in this point will get down to  Hidroelectrica located in Urubamba river bank  then will continue around the two hours more toward arrive to  Aguas Calientes Town where we will enjoy a hot shower in the hotel or in the hotspring.

 We will spend the night in a hotel.

Day 10 - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO.-

After early  breakfast  will go up to the old city of Machu Picchu to see the sunrise , where we will have a guided tour around 02 hours and then will  have free time to explore,to walk ,and to go up  to Wayna Picchu. on afternoon  we have doen up to  Aguas Calientes town to take the return Train to Cusco.

Day -11.-

Transfer to the Airport.
